  Een serviceplan geeft u volledige gemoedsrust als het om uw printer gaat.
  U moet het serviceplan beschouwen als een verzekering, en als u het maandelijks opsplitst, is het zeer betaalbaar.
  Misschien wel het belangrijkste punt van de overeenkomst is dat u binnen enkele werkdagen service op locatie krijgt, wat betekent dat er de volgende werkdag een geautoriseerde monteur bij u aanwezig is.
  Over het geheel genomen is het redelijk om te zeggen dat een serviceplan uren, reizen en stukjes en beetjes omvat.
  Het serviceplan omvat echter geen verbruiksartikelen, d.w.z. inkt, overtollige cartridges, snijplotters en printkoppen.
